Overview

We want every customer to have a smooth, worry-free shopping experience. If something isn’t right, we’ll work with you to make it right.

Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we’re unable to offer a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in original condition, and shipped back in its original packaging.


Non-Returnable Items

For safety, hygiene, or regulatory reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable items (including magazines)
  • Intimate or sanitary goods
  • Hazardous materials
  • Flammable liquids or gases
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable or digital products
  • Certain health and personal care items

A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Do not send your item back to the manufacturer.


Partial Refunds

In some cases, only a partial refund may be granted, including:

  • Books with clear signs of damage prior to shipping
  • Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassettes, or vinyl records
  • Items not in their original condition
  • Items damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you within 3–7 business days regarding the approval or denial of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card company
  3. Contact your bank (processing delays may occur)

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded.
Sale items are eligible for exchange only.


Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
To start an exchange, email us at info@jerseytrading.store and send your item to:

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive store credit equal to the value of the returned item once it is received.

If the gift giver shipped the item to themselves to give to you later, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the return is due to our error.
Return shipping costs are non-refundable. If your order included free shipping, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

For high-value returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
